Summer Mail-In Class Registration:

(Pre-Tot & Tot Registration will be held in person in September as indicated below.
Do not mail registration forms for Pre-Tot or Tot classes.)

There are NO REFUNDS with summer mail-in pre-registration.
Print registration forms (set of 3 pages is required per person). There are different forms for adults and children.
Indicate 1st & 2nd choices for class times. More than one class per person may be listed on the same registration form. Complete and sign each form; clearly write email address.
Make check payable to Sokol New York.
All mail-in registrations must be postmarked by August 23, 2008. Priority will be given to returning 2007-08 students whose registrations are postmarked by August 12, 2008.

Returning 2007-08 Students:
Wednesday, September 3, 10:30am – 2:30pm or 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

2007 Waitlist (waited on line last year & did not get a class):
Wednesday, September 3, 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

Open Registration (all new students):
Thursday, September 4, 10:30am – 2:30pm or 5:00 – 7:00pm.

(For September registration, there are no refunds after the 3rd week of class.)
