Aerial Fabric Silks (AGES 12+)
 

Sokol New York is excited to again offer adult Aerial Classes. Wednesday evening classes, from 7:15pm-8:45pm. This class explores basic skills and conditioning and fosters aerial awareness  Students will learn climbs, inversions, how to safely tie footlocks on the ground and in the air, as well as some aerial tricks.

8 week session is $320 and can be accessed here. 

May 2nd Only class available here for $50 for the 90 minute session.
