Aerial Fabric Silks (AGES 15+)

We currently offer beginner and intermediate aerial silks classes for adults. Drop-in sessions of 60 minutes in small groups are $35 per class. 

 

 

Thursday Beginner Aerial Silks Sessions 

7:30-8:30pm 

 

This class explores basic skills and conditioning and fosters aerial awareness. Students will learn climbs, inversions, and how to safely tie foot locks on the ground and in the air. 

 

 

Tuesday Intermediate Aerial Silks Sessions 

6:45-7:45pm 

 

In this class, students build on foundational elements of aerial silks to create sequences of movements. Pre-requisite skills: climbing a minimum of 18 feet, executing foot locks in the air, inversion from the ground, and 3 pull ups.​​​​​​​​
