Adult Gymnastics

​​Monday night gymnastics at Sokol. Join our long-standing adult class Mondays at 7:00pm.  Workout on the floor, air track, uneven bars, beam, rings, parallel bars and vault on a rotating schedule. Class is 90 minutes long and starts with a warmup and then goes into the various apparatuses. Use the link just below.  All students must register in advance below.

Beginning Saturday February 8th, we are also offering and ongoing Saturday class. Class will be from 1:00pm-2:30pm and will be available week to week for $25 per week.
