Fitness
Students ages 12-17 develop their fitness through yoga and Pilates Mat classes.

Teens and tweens (ages 12-17) are invited to Sokol for yoga and Pilates Mat classes.
Pilates Mat: focuses on core strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and posture.
Yoga: breathe, move your body through poses that develop strength and flexibility, and finish with a relaxing savasana meditation.
