Adult Gymnastics

Monday night gymnastics at Sokol. Join our long standing adult class Mondays at 7:00pm.  Workout on the floor, air track, uneven bars, beam, rings, parallel bars and vault on a rotating schedule. Class is 90 minutes long and starts with a warm up and then goes into the various apparatuses. Winter session $400 for an 16 week session. You can also enroll week to week on our website. Use the link just below.  All students must register in advance below.
