Proof of vaccine required.  Mask must be wore at all times.

Geared toward calisthenics exercise, basic fitness, rhythmic gymnastics , aerobics and light apparatus.
 

Classes include aerobic exercise, strength training, basic apparatus skills , and folk dance.
