YOGA

All classes begin with warm up, guide you through poses to stretch you from head to toe and finish with a relaxing savasana meditation. Hatha yoga focuses strongly on lyengar style alignment and is recommended for beginners. Faster paced Vinyasa Flow is recommend for those with experience.
