Develop flexibility, coordination, and strength while nurturing musicality, individuality, and artistry. Students ages 4-13 learn dance vocabulary and technique in a variety of disciplines.

Creative movement: young dancers explore basic stretching, locomotion, and movement while integrating props and musicality.

Ballet: students learn classical ballet vocabulary and technique beginning at the barre, continuing to the center, and moving across the floor.

Hip hop: students develop foundational hip hop skills and musicality in a high-energy environment that encourages individuality

Contemporary dance: classes blend elements of jazz, lyrical, and modern dance as students develop their technique, musicality, and artistry.

Musical Theater Dance: classes focus on dancing with confidence, learning theatre dance vocabulary, exploring music and rhythm, and connecting movement into combinations.

Professional-level aerialists are invited to train independently at Sokol where we have 25' of useable space from the rigging point. Space is also available to train ground disciplines. Approval required.
